A neighbourhood that doesn’t exist yet, filmed as if people already lived there.
Medze is a residential project in the forested hills above Bratislava. Penta had the architecture - renders, masterplan, the pitch of “a city in the woods”. What the renders cannot show is a Tuesday evening there. We made a one-minute film that does, from the developer’s own visuals, in a single day.
Architectural visualization is precise and empty: perfect light, no people, no weather, no time of day. Buyers don’t decide on a facade. They decide on the feeling of coming home. The task was to keep every line of the architecture exactly as designed and add the one thing renders leave out - the residents.
The constraint was hard: the buildings are real designs, not inspiration. Balcony rhythm, the curved white balustrades, the green roofs, the tram line - all of it had to survive from the developer’s render into every generated shot.
Four developer renders and a masterplan. Everything else in this case study was generated from them.

Every still was generated with the developer’s renders as hard references, so the architecture never drifts. From the stills we directed five fifteen-second multishot passes - real time, no slow motion, only the ambient sound of the place: footsteps on the promenade, a tram, cutlery on a terrace. The film opens at dusk between the two curved towers and ends on an elderly couple on their top-floor balcony at magic hour, the forest and the city behind them.

Golden hour, dusk, dawn and interiors - all with the developer’s architecture locked as reference, 2K each.
Fifteen-second multishot generations directed shot by shot, real time, with ambient sound and no music, upscaled to 4K.
Cut from the passes into one film, published on the Eden Makers channel as a concept for Penta.
The style library - lenses, light, palette - is documented, so the next phase of the project starts from the same place.

Where a classic 3D flythrough takes weeks and shows an empty building, this took a day and shows a neighbourhood with a life in it. The same method works for any development, product or piece of technology that exists only as a drawing so far.
Send us the renders. A concept film like this comes back within the week.
