    We're at full capacity. We're looking for someone who can generate a shot that actually holds up cinematically, then cut it into something that works. Real client projects from week one.

    THE WORK

    What you'll do.

    1. 01Generate image and video shots from storyboards and prompt books - image to video, keyframes, character and environment consistency.
    2. 02Iterate prompts and shots until they hold up cinematically, not just look AI-generated.
    3. 03Edit and assemble final deliverables - rhythm, timing to voiceover, music, sound.
    4. 04Handle basic post - color, 4K upscale, artifact cleanup, simple compositing.
    5. 05Maintain consistency across shots (characters, costumes, props, lighting) from reference sheets.
    6. 06Work with the director and art director, fold feedback in at agreed checkpoints.
    7. 07Work inside our production pipeline and help make it better.

    REQUIREMENTS

    What we're looking for.

    MUST HAVE

    • Demonstrable experience with AI video generation (Kling, Seedance, Veo, Runway, Higgsfield or similar). We want to see real output, not a course.
    • Real editing skill - Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut. You can build rhythm, not just stitch clips.
    • A filmmaker's eye - composition, lighting, lenses, and why a shot works.
    • Autonomy. You get a brief and a shot list, not hourly supervision.
    • Fast learning. AI tools change weekly, not yearly.
    • Czech or Slovak plus English good enough to read docs and answer a client.

    NICE TO HAVE

    • After Effects, motion design, VFX compositing or rotoscoping
    • Experience with ElevenLabs or other AI audio production
    • Background in advertising, film or TV production
    • Your own workflows, scripts or automations that speed up a pipeline
    • Experience with image models (Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, Magnific, Flux) and upscaling

    Important: we make high-end brand films, TV commercials and original IP. We do not do low-budget UGC, reels or high-volume shorts. If you're looking for a social content role, we're not it.
